Excellent Service

Fantastic Airport to Cruise Terminal Transportation
I booked this company for transport from the Houston Airport to the Galveston Cruise port largely because when I contacted the for a quote (and everytime thereafter) they replied immediately.Booking a limo for a party of 10 was about the same (or a little less) price as booking an airport to cruise terminal shuttle service.Grandkids had never been in a limo and thought this was great.Moreover, when we returned, we had planned to spend the day in Galveston, but family members were exhausted and wanted to go to a Houston Airport hotel instead. Awesome Service Response
So I had a different Limo service for 10+ years. 2 or 3 trips a month. They did not survive the COVID downturn. My first trip in over a year was last week. Scheduled through Z Transportation for a first date. They were incredible! My very first trip to IAH with COVID Protocol to Canada. Had a neg COVID test, but NOT the protocol test number required by Canada. Got sent home at the gate. Z was able to pick me right back up and take me home that morning. Great service, fun experience
This was a treat for my husband and his three out-of-town college roommates visiting for the weekend. They were off to see the sites and no one wanted to deal with traffic. Having a Limo one day and a SUV the next day with a driver to take them to their various destinations left them free to visit and sight-see non-stop. Booking was effortless and affordable. Mike was in charge of the Limo on Friday, Safwan on Saturday - both so professional and helpful. Friday the guys headed to the San Jacinto Battleground and Museum with lunch at the Monument Inn. Houston Hobby to Galveston Cruise Terminal - AWESOME SERVICE!
I recently used Z Limousine services for transportation from Houston Hobby Airport to the cruise terminal in Galveston. Z Limousine went above and beyond to accommodate both my late arrival flight and my departure which was delayed by 24 hours!Before I even boarded my flight, my driver, Daniel, texted me that he knew we were behind and that I should text him as soon as we land. He then met us by the baggage claim and took care of our bags and got us to the cruise terminal safely and in record time!Our return trip was even more complicated because due to fog, our arrival was delayed several times throughout the day, eventually ending with us staying on the ship a whole extra day. Both the owner and the driver were communicating with me throughout the day and were very very patient with all of the changes. When we finally debarked the ship, our driver, Majid, was there waiting for us. I highly recomend Z Limousines
We hired Z Limousine to take us from IAH to the cruise terminal and then back again after our cruise. All reservations were made via e-mail and they always replied super-fast. The driver who took us to the port was quiet and polite. When our cruise returned a week later, it was delayed 8 hours by fog and we were in real danger of missing our flight home. Perfect! Need a hop to a Disney Cruise ship......
There were 14 of us between 20 months and 8 and all the parents and grandparents. Disney Bus was way tooo expensive. We spent a night at a Houston airport hotel to be sure not to miss the boat. Z limo picked us up luggage and all on time from the hotel and took us directly to the cruise terminal and picked us up at the end and took us back to the airport. Car seats for those that needed it and luggage trailer that got it all packed in. Excellent! I HIGHLY recommend this company for all your transportation needs. I have used them multiple times over the last couple years. The owner is very accommodating and pleasant and the drivers are extremely professional. They are punctual and pleasant. Airport to Galveston RT through a STORM
They were on-time, courteous and professional. Our driver had to wait over an hour at the pier due to long delays with the customs. Our flights were canceled due to weather and our driver drove us safely to our hotel. I later found out there was a tornado within 6 miles of the airport. Due to the stressful situation I was not thinking clearly fortunately the driver reminded us to checked if we had travel insurance, which we did.
